COVID-19 UPDATE – December 27, 2020
As the Province of Ontario moves into another lockdown, you can rest assured that Simply Pure Water will be here to serve you. When visiting our store, we respectfully ask that you wear a face-covering. If you can not wear a face-covering, we’re happy to serve you with convenient curbside pickup, contactless home delivery or our 24-hour coin-operated self serve dispenser. Our Store Procedures are as follows:
~ Please wear a face-covering while entering
~ Please ensure that there are no other customers in store. If someone is in the store when you arrive, please wait at the next available pylon for your turn to enter.
~ Please use the automatic hand sanitizer dispenser beside the door.
~ Please maintain a safe distance of 2 meters.
~ Electronic payment via tap is preferred, however we do accept cash payments.
~ If you are NOT FEELING WELL, please do not enter.

Commencing July 31, 2020, ALL CUSTOMERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO WEAR FACE COVERINGS while visiting our store, with no exceptions.
While we completely understand that some may not be able to wear masks for a variety of reasons, we respectfully ask you to take advantage of our self-serve area, curbside pickup or contactless home delivery. Please Contact Us to make alternative arrangements if required.

As we transition to Phase 2 of Re-opening, we’ve returned to our normal operating hours, which are as follows:
Monday – Friday: 9am to. 5pm
Saturday: 9am – 2pm
Sunday and Stat Holidays: CLOSED
Please note our Policy when visiting our retail store.

COVID-19 UPDATE – April 30, 2020
During these trying times, you can rest assured that Simply Pure Water will be there to serve you. As an essential service, Simply Pure Water provides clean, safe drinking water to many clients with unsafe drinking water due to contaminated or unsafe supplies. Our commitment to our most vulnerable customers is that we will continue to provide this service as promised through the duration of the pandemic.
Our delivery trucks are on the road Monday through Friday, as always. If you would like to make arrangements for contactless home delivery or have any questions regarding your scheduled delivery, please contact Chris at 519-777-9448.
Our retail store will remain OPEN at this time, however we will be adjusting our hours as follows:
Monday – Friday: 10am to 4:30pm
Saturday: 9am – 2pm
Sundays: CLOSED.
Our coin-operated water dispenser is available 24/7 and is being disinfected and maintained on a continuous basis. If you would like to visit our store, please note our updated procedures to ensure physical distancing to protect our staff and our customers.
